Synopsis:
A young man in a dystopic future is constantly harassed and beaten by regulators, lawless men or outlaws who patrol the city on motorbikes. When a new regulator rides into town and takes an interest in the guy, he's unwilling to believe that anyone such as he can be a gentle, caring lover.
